1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website mindbodyshift.org and any services purchased through it. By accessing this website or purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services
Mind & Body Shift offers the following services:
• 1:1 coaching programmes (3-month and 6-month containers)
• Single Clarity Sessions
• Online courses and digital products
All 1:1 sessions are conducted online via Google Meet or Zoom. Session details, including scheduling and access links, will be communicated directly by email after booking.
The specific scope, structure, and delivery of each programme are agreed individually with each client prior to commencement.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or participate in any service offered by Mind & Body Shift. By purchasing a service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
4. Booking and Payment
All services are confirmed upon receipt of payment or agreement on a payment schedule. Payment terms are agreed individually for each client and programme.
Depending on the programme, payment may be made in full upfront or split into instalments over the duration of the programme. The agreed payment schedule will be outlined in your invoice or payment agreement.
Payments are processed via invoice. We do not process payments directly through the website.
Your place in a programme is secured only once the first payment has been received.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us as early as possible by email at .moc.liamg%40laiciffo.tfihsydobdnim
Cancellations and rescheduling are handled individually and we will always work together to find a solution that works for both parties.
Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being counted as completed. This will be discussed and agreed with the client on a case-by-case basis.
If we need to cancel or reschedule a session, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange an alternative time at no additional cost.
6. Refund Policy
All payments made for coaching programmes, sessions, and digital products are non-refundable.
If you choose to discontinue a programme before its completion, you will not be entitled to a refund for sessions or modules already provided.
However, if Mind & Body Shift decides to terminate the coaching relationship for any reason, you will receive a full refund for any unused sessions that have already been paid for.
By purchasing any service, you acknowledge and accept this refund policy.
7. Confidentiality
All sessions are strictly confidential. We do not record sessions without your explicit prior consent.
We will not share any personal information, details of your sessions, or anything discussed during our work together with any third party, except where required by law.
We ask that clients also treat the content of our sessions with discretion and respect the confidential nature of the coaching relationship.
8. Breathwork - Health Disclaimer
Connected breathwork is a powerful practice that can produce strong physical and emotional responses. Before participating in any breathwork session, you will be asked about any relevant health conditions.
You must inform us prior to your first breathwork session if you have or have had any of the following:
• Pregnancy
• Cardiovascular conditions or heart problems
• Epilepsy or seizure disorders
• Severe anxiety or panic disorder
• Any history of psychosis or psychiatric conditions requiring medication
• Recent surgery or serious physical injury
• Any other condition that may be affected by intense breathing practices
By participating in breathwork sessions, you confirm that you have disclosed any relevant health conditions and that you are participating of your own free will and at your own risk.
Mind & Body Shift reserves the right to decline or postpone a breathwork session if there are concerns about a client's suitability or safety.
9. Not a Medical or Therapeutic Service
Coaching and breathwork sessions offered by Mind & Body Shift are not a substitute for professional medical treatment, psychotherapy, or psychiatric care.
We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health condition, physical illness, or medical disorder. If you are currently receiving treatment from a medical or mental health professional, we recommend that you inform them of your participation in coaching or breathwork.
If at any point during our work together you feel you need support beyond the scope of coaching, we will encourage you to seek appropriate professional help.
Results from coaching and breathwork vary between individuals. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the website mindbodyshift.org, including but not limited to written copy, course materials, programme content, scripts, exercises, and visual assets, is the intellectual property of P.E. Liudmyla Musiichuk.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Personal use of content for your own private development is permitted, provided it is not shared, resold, or presented as your own work.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mind & Body Shift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our services or website.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service to which the claim relates.
We are not responsible for any technical issues outside our control, including internet connectivity problems that may affect online sessions.
12. Termination
Either party may end the coaching relationship at any time.
If you choose to discontinue, please inform us by email. No refund will be issued for sessions or programme elements already delivered (see Section 6).
Mind & Body Shift reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship if, in our professional judgement, continuing would not be in the best interest of the client or is no longer appropriate. In such cases, a full refund will be issued for any unused sessions already paid for.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
